On January 22, CDEM and the AMBM Group organized an exclusive workshop designed to meet the labour needs of employers in the municipality of Ritchot, identified during the census survey of the Strengthening the Job Market project (RME)*.

Active participation

This workshop was held in Ritchot, on the sidelines of the Edge Business Expo Ritchot, an event that brings together many Manitoba companies and allows them to connect with their business community.

The objective of this workshop is to improve recruitment and human resources management practices in order to overcome the labour shortage in our bilingual and rural municipalities.

Led by Nina Condo, an expert in diversity and inclusion, as well as specialists from CDEM, this workshop welcomed 26 participants. Constructive discussions and exchanges allowed participants to learn more about practical tools and winning strategies to propel their business to the next level.
