MLT Aikins supports entrepreneurship

MLT Aikins is proud to be once again a diamond sponsor for the « Fosse aux lions » competition that is organized by the Economic Development Council for Manitoba Bilingual Municipalities (CDEM) for French-speaking entrepreneurs in 2021. The “Fosse aux lions” competition is seeking to help entrepreneurs promote their products, business ideas or development projects.

The four bilingual finalists of the competition will virtually face off on Facebook live on April 28, when the winner will be announced following the jury’s deliberations. The finalists will present their projects to the jury’s members in a two-minute video produced by Radio-Canada. They will have then the opportunity to present their final presentation and answer questions from the judges. The finalists will be evaluated on the feasibility and commercial potential of their business idea, the innovating nature of their project and on the general impression of the judges.

MLT Aikins is committed to provide complementary legal services to the four finalists. The prizes will be distributed to the teams and could be applied to legal services as they wish in order to support their business.
