Virtual Job Fair Speed Jobbing

For the first time, CDEM is offering its bilingual job fair virtually! The Virtual Job Fair Speed-Jobbing will take place on Wednesday, March 24th from 9 am to 4pm. This exceptional event for employers and job seekers is a series of 10-minute interviews to quickly connect with qualified candidates and employers from Manitoba.

For Employers

With its speed-dating style format, the Virtual Job Fair allows employers to meet highly motivated job seekers and interview them in 10 minutes. This innovating format is both cost-effective and time efficient.

CDEM will also assist employers in the pre-selection of candidates. Our experts will offer employers a list of appropriate resumés and help them only interview the candidates who suit the employer’s criteria.

For Job Seekers

For job seekers, the Virtual Job Fair is also an exceptional event. Once their registration is submitted, CDEM will help them review their resumés and get ready for the job fair. This is a unique chance to discover job opportunities, participate in several speed dating meetings, meet potential employers, and improve their interviews and networking skills.
